An Ash Wednesday service to mark the beginning of the Christian season of Lent will be open to the entire Brock University community Wednesday, Feb. 26.
Hosted by the Faith and Life Centre, the 20-minute service will begin at 12 p.m. in the Rita Welch Meditation Centre (next to Dr. Charles A. Sankey Chamber).
The ecumenical prayer service will feature several scripture readings as well as the distribution of the ashes.
